I was akashian and I was average in physics. I got approx 150 in all exams and NEET. It's  not that hard to score good in NEET, you just have to focus on few points. What to study - study theory part and practice previous year question..in fact master them, go for NCERT examplar. Memorise famous calculations and results ( it boosts your speed) There is something called  jugaad  use it in exam. Look for options 1st instead rushing, use dimensions, approximation, error, graphs and indirect methods.. these all increases your speed and acts as recheck of your answers You can solve IIT JEE  mains  paper, coaching series test paper ( allen or Akash).
